Williamsburg - American Express will assign an account executive who will work in partnership with you on all phases of your travel program. Once your account is in place, your account executive will meet with you to:

• Review your management reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
   
  
• Evaluate adherence to travel policy, cost savings, consistent travel patterns, and begin negotiations, if possible, with airlines, hotels and car rental companies.
   
  
• Discuss issues that require immediate attention to meet a corporate or individual need.
   
  

In order to effectively implement a travel management program, Williamsburg - American Express will begin by reviewing your travel policy. After interviewing management to determine priorities and basic guidelines, we will help write a new policy or make recommendations as to revisions in the existing program.

• Goals will be established and procedures implemented to monitor adherence to policy.
   
  
• We will support your travel policies and enforce them per your instructions.
   
  
• Request to deviate from travel policies will be referred to management in accordance with pre-established procedures.
