Delta is number 1 for:

  • On time arrivals
  • The fewest cancellations
  • The fewest customer complaints among U.S. global airlines.

This level of operational excellence shows their dedication to getting corporate travelers where they need to go and when they need to be there.

To further demonstrate their commitment to operational excellence, Delta Air Lines has just announce the next big first for their business customers Operational Performance Commitment (OPC).

OPC compensates your company if Delta’s operational performance falls below both American Airlines and United Airlines in controllable delays and completion factor for a full calendar year.

Compensation is based on the number of controllable delays and cancellations your eligible travelers experience during the calendar year, and the final compensation amount is based on Corporate Sales Agreement (CSA) fulfillment rates.

The best part of OPC is that it provides partnership value beyond your CSA, so there are no additional documents to review or sign.

To learn more about OPC, please request more information. In the meantime, do not hesitate to reach out to us for details on how OPC can benefit your corporate travel plan.
